Pauline Field is a Management Consultant, Executive Coach and COO of International FieldWorks, Inc., a global management consulting agency based in Los Angeles, California. Pauline is responsible for the assignments and management of some 900 senior professionals throughout the world. International FieldWorks helps companies streamline their operations so they achieve their top and bottom line goals quickly and cost effectively. We do this through Strategic Planning, Organizational & Operational Management, Executive Coaching and Team Building programs.

5050Leadership, of which Pauline Field is Chair, is an educational nonprofit promoting women’s equal leadership. Our Vision is that 50% of leaders are women. Our Mission is to transform the culture within which we live to one that naturally includes women on an equal basis in the selection of leaders.

We are creating a one-stop website for women worldwide to find leadership development opportunities, including our own Leadership Circles program.
We are developing new definitions for leadership that are empowering, inclusive and workable for all.

Pauline’s passion is women’s leadership. When women’s voices are heard equally with men’s, everyone wins. Having earned much success in the face of much adversity, she has developed her talent for coaching and consulting over the last 25 years to bring out the best in people and organizations.
