Gerda Venter is a Business and Executive coach, founder of Sakura Coaching™, based in Johannesburg South Africa. In the corporate market, the company coaches businesses and executives for business turnarounds, organizational communications, and managing change in organizations to create meaningful work situations. In the field of sport, the company coaches professional athletes, competing in individual sports to develop a strong personal, mental, and competitive edge.

Sakura Coaching™ draws from more than 20 years’ of business and industry experience with proven expertise in business and strategy planning and execution; strategic marketing, business start-ups; IT outsource contract management; team building and leadership.  

One of Sakura Coaching™’s missions include the pursuit of international engagements and projects with the ultimate aim of providing a contribution towards a global impact.  This quest led to Gerda’s involvement as South Africa’s ambassador to the World Leadership Day (WLD). 

Gerda believes that the purpose of leaders is to inspire everyone, everyday to realise their dreams, by releasing the power of passion for purpose.  In her work as a coach she loves inspiring the creation of a vision that gives hope and meaning.
