Through coaching, public speaking and workshops Layla empowers women to step up to their leadership. She has been coaching since 2008 and thoroughly enjoys working with purpose-driven women who want to discover the leader within them. Layla has five years experience in corporate tax and finance.
Layla believes very strongly in the importance of giving back to our local and global communities, and especially in empowering women and children around the world who are in less fortunate situations. It is for this reason that a substantial element of Layla’s work is dedicated to pro bono work, charity and volunteering. Layla also encourages and facilitates the women she works with to help other women who are suffering from poverty, illness and disease, lack of education, crime and gender discrimination.
Layla believes strongly in authentic personal leadership, empowering others to get the best out of themselves, and contributing to the world and others in meaningful ways. Layla’s involvement with World Leadership Day is aligned with her passion for spreading the message of authentic leadership and empowerment on a global level.
