Layla believes strongly in authentic personal leadership, empowering others to get the best out of themselves, and contributing to the world and others in meaningful ways.

She is an enthusiastic public-speaker, and loves to speak in her Toastmasters club on subjects of leadership and personal development. Layla is also a keen volunteer, as she believes strongly in giving back to the community. Her purpose is to become a positive role model to inspire people to live as their Highest Selves, and to be a spirit of abundance and a living example of experiencing life to its fullest.

Layla’s involvement with World Leadership Day is aligned with her passion for spreading the message of authentic leadership and empowerment on a global level.
