Suzanna de Boer is an organisational coach and consultant who works internationally to develop leaders and corporate potential. Founder and principal of Departure Point Coaching and Consulting, she has extensive international experience in Europe and the U.S, in marketing, communications and project management. Suzanna specializes in development and implementation of programmes that enhance leadership development, facilitate corporate change and innovation from the inside out.

Suzanna has a B.A. in Economics, and a MBA in Marketing. As a writer, she creates and facilitates coaching skills workshops, leadership programmes and group transformation programmes worldwide, in addition to creativity and innovation platforms for organisations.
