Pascale Demont is an executive trainer and coach, founder of Equoranda, based in Grenoble, France. In the corporate market, we coach and train executives to increase the impact of their ideas, the impact of their teams and their personal impact. In local universities, we work with students to boost their self confidence and develop a plan for their job search.

Equoranda draws from the expertise of its 2 founders, cumulating over 35 years of business and industry experience to deliver its services to the high-tech and pharmaceutical industry, and to some non-profit organizations.

When founding Equoranda both Françoise and I, the co-founders, felt it was important to invest some of our professional time in our local community to contribute in a different yet meaningful way.

The World Leadership Day initiative and being the Ambassador for France is the opportunity to renew our investment of time and energy to making this little world a better place to live.
