Ohadbenami Asrat, Manager of Corporate Media and Communications, involved in media and other communication projects believes leadership matters. Nations can be as strong as their leaders. Nations blessed with leaders live a blessed life.

As an Ethiopian who lived much of my life under military conflict that claimed the lives of millions (including my class mates) and shattered the dreams and visions of millions more I believe we can’t work enough in promoting leadership and its values.

WLD is an ideal opportunity to bring together all stakeholders who care for people and generations. As a manager of an event organizing and media communication company, I have never been directly involved in any leadership programs. But I think it is time now that I need to give my attention to this issue of great significance.

This year we are planning to call the attention of all interested groups and individuals, to take part in our WLD program. Initially we planned to organize a photo exhibition of leaders and roundtable discussion of “Where is leadership now?” However we are planning to make some alterations.
