Matt Tod is the creator and Executive Director of Leadership Rewired! - a youth leadership initiative of the Institute for Health and Human Potential that focuses on empowering young people to create positive personal change in their lives and the lives of others.

Over the past four years, Matt has been a thought leader in the area of youth leadership and development; having worked for and with a number of youth organizations and charities in North America.

Matt has traveled across North America and has spoken to and worked with over 50,000 young people and educators.

Most recently, Matt has been identified as one of the Top 100 young leaders in Ontario by the Young Social Entrepreneurs of Canada and one of six to be profiled in a documentary that highlighted the initiatives of young change makers in the GTA.

Matt is a strong believer in the power of young people to change the world. When not facilitating and speaking on the topics of youth leadership, volunteerism and social change, Matt enjoys reading, writing, being outdoors, as well as playing video games and watching movies (all with friends and family, of course).
