Sherrilene Collymore is a native of Barbados who has travelled extensively and has a passion for people and their potential. A very natural ‘connector’, Sherrilene has optimised her skills with people to serve in a large number of capacities, bringing people with diverse interests into the same place. She now specialises in facilitation as a profession, bridging cultural and other societal gaps with her work as she concentrates on promoting social business and enhancing Quality of Life for persons at the individual and at the group level.

Sherrilene is the Founder of the Human Quality Headquarters or hq2, an organisation developed to advance the cause of Excellence and Personal responsibility in work life. Passionate about entrepreneurship and the advancement of a culture of excellence worldwide, she presently heads educational initiatives on entrepreneurship, empowerment and cultural development from her home base in Barbados and actively participates in international partnership activities in Human Capital Development, a branch area of sustainable development.
